RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Something didn’t work out for you? You don’t have to worry at all as we provide you with an easy exchange or refund. Just choose one of the options below in the list and follow the simple “Return Steps”.

  • Damaged goods

In case you receive an item that is damaged, kindly provide photographs depicting the damage via email and we will respond with the course of action that you need to adopt in order to get a replacement. You can reach us at sales@jacketarena.com

In case you receive an item that you did not order, contact us via email at sales@Jacketarena.com with your order number and we will help you accordingly. Please attach a photograph in the email along with the problem so that we can immediately solve your problem. 

  • Dissatisfied with the product

Kindly provide us with a photograph of the received product along with the reasons for dissatisfaction within 2 days of receiving the product. Email us at sales@Jacketarena.com and our rep from customer service will get in touch with you.

SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS!

  1. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  2. Please do not send your purchase back without getting in touch with us and sending us the images.
  3. Refund/exchange will not be accepted for any item, not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error plus the refunds won’t be catered due to the sizing issues as we confirm it twice before manufacturing it. We also accept custom requests to enable on-demand manufacturing.
  4. Any item that is returned after more than 2 days of delivery will not be entertained.
  5. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, customized items may not be refunded.
  6. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  7. You will need to provide a valid tracking number in case of return has been allowed.
  8. For normal shipping, it will take 6-12 working days whereas for expedited shipping it will take 3-6 working days. (working days = Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs, Fri, holidays excluded)
  9. $19.99 restocking fee may apply on the refund!
  10. The refund process usually takes up to 5 Business working after the initiating of the refund.
  11. The product may differ from the pictures because of genuine leather.
  12. In case of a return, the customer has to pay for the shipping. However, if the exchange is because of a damaged product, we will replace it at our cost.

If you wish to return the merchandise, you will
have 2 days from the day you receive our email which informs you about the
return address, where you have to ship back the product. If the item is not
shipped within 2 days of receiving the email, the company will not be
responsible and you will not be entitled to receive a refund even if the item
reaches our warehouse.

REMEMBER! Do not ship the item back before the
the request is approved by us and received return address information by email.

THAT HAVE NOT BEEN PURCHASED DIRECTLY FROM OUR WEBSITE.
